RJF Studios (“we,” “us,” or “our”) develops and publishes mobile applications, including Snitched the Game and PickFlip; together with any other mobile apps we publish, these are referred to in this Privacy Policy as the “Apps.”

This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and shared when you use our Apps.

By using our Apps, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. No Account or Personal Identity Collection

Our Apps do not require account registration.

We do not intentionally collect information such as:

  • Names

  • Email addresses

  • Phone numbers

  • Mailing addresses

  • Government-issued identifiers

Information collected through our Apps is generally not linked by us to your real-world identity.

2. Information Collected Automatically

When you use our Apps, certain information may be collected automatically.

We or our third-party service providers may collect identifiers such as:

  • Advertising identifiers, such as IDFA, where permitted

  • Anonymous or pseudonymous app instance identifiers assigned by analytics or advertising services

We do not receive or store your full payment card information.

3. Advertising and Tracking

Some of our Apps may display advertisements.

We may use third-party advertising and monetization partners, including:

  • Unity Ads

  • Google Ads / Google AdMob

  • Collect information about ad impressions, clicks, and other interactions

  • Support personalized or non-personalized advertising, depending on your device settings, permissions, and applicable law

  • In some cases, track activity across apps and websites owned by other companies

Tracking and ad-related data collection generally occur at the device level and are typically not linked by us to your direct personal identity.

Not all RJF Studios apps necessarily use the same advertising services or monetization features at all times.

4. App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

On iOS devices, an App may request permission to track your activity across other companies’ apps and websites.

If permission is granted, advertising identifiers may be used for personalized advertising and measurement.

If permission is denied, advertisements may still appear, but they may be less personalized.

5. Analytics Services

We may use third-party analytics and measurement services, including:

  • Firebase

  • Google Analytics for Firebase

These services may collect device-level or pseudonymous information such as:

  • Usage events

  • Device and app information

Our Apps are not directed to children under the age of 13 unless specifically stated otherwise in the App Store listing or app experience.

Depending on your location, you may have privacy rights under applicable law, which may include the right to:

Because much of the information collected through our Apps is associated with devices or pseudonymous identifiers rather than directly identifiable accounts, our ability to identify, access, correct, or delete specific data may be limited.
